The following terms do not apply to services listed under "SuperNETs Hosted Services" on the main page.
sneed.network and its affiliated services are operated from Australia. These terms may change without notice.

No Warranty
You understand and agree that the Service is offered "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express, implied or statutory. In no event shall the operator of the Service ("Operator" hereafter) be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from, out of or in connection with the Service or the use or other dealings in the Service. The Operator expressly disclaims all implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant the reliability, accessibility or quality of the Service. You agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Privacy Policy
This policy may change without notice (for example if we begin providing a new service)
We do not share any user data with third parties except where necessary to operate our services (for example proxying services through Cloudflare).
We do not retain any access logs or personally identifiable data for any services ourselves but as we do use Cloudflare to proxy our services, you are also subject to their Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to have your data routed through Cloudflare services, we do offer an option to connect to our services using Tor.
Takedown Notices
Nitter, Teddit & WikiLess
These services act as proxies (aka 'frontends') for their corresponding platforms. None of the content seen on these services are hosted by us and as such, takedown notices should be sent directly to the proxied platforms. All takedown notices sent to us directly will be ignored and repeat attempts will be forwarded to other hosters.
PrivateBin
All content uploaded to our PrivateBin service is fully encrypted and only the uploader of the content and/or the intended recipient(s) are able to access such content using the full URL containing the decryption key. We are unable to individually easily remove published content unless you are able to provide us with the full URL including the decryption key and an associated password if one is required.
